How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders to the UK and Europe should arrive within 14 days with standard postage, and between 14 and 28 days for the rest of the world.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within this time?
Please get in touch with us at shop@cpgb-ml.org and we will check the status of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please email shop@cpgb-ml.org straight away, with your order id if possible. If we have already posted your order, we will ask you to return it before processing a refund.
Subscriptions
If I take out a subscription, when will it end?
Your subscription will continue until it is cancelled, payments will be taken monthly.
When does my subscription start, when will I recieve my papers?
If you take out a subscription to Proletarian, Lalkar, or both, your subscription will start with the next issue of that paper. The papers are published on a bi-monthly basis, so the next issue may not be out for several weeks.
The rest of my order arrived, but not my papers?
Paper subscriptions are sent out separately to books, pamphlets, etc.
When are the papers published?
Lalkar is published in January, March, May, July, September and November.
Proletarian is published in February, April, June, August, October, and December.
What happens if I choose to support the party?
If you choose to make a regular donation via card or direct debit to the party in order to support our work, you can include in the notes whether or not you wish to be contacted regarding party activity and involvement. This can range from simply receiving news and details of events, to meeting up with supporters and members locally to engage in political activity.
I want to change the amount of my subscription, pause it, or cancel it.
